Hey everyone! I couldn’t participate in the “Big Blue Test” at 2:00, but after dinner I went upstairs on the treadmill and did “Running Intervals” and my blood sugar before was 243. *sad face*
My blood sugar after “running intervals” was 141…then 125, then 85!! wooooooot! :)

November 14th is World Diabetes Day…and there are some amazing efforts to bring more awareness for diabetes and what the cure for diabetes would mean to all of us. This is where we all come in!
TuDiabetes and the Diabetes Hands Foundation is raising much more than diabetes awareness…they are raising money and for every view of this powerful and inspiring video, Roche Diabetes is giving a child in need a week’s worth of insulin! How amazing is that? Watching this for less than 2 minutes can make all the difference. :)

Hi! We're Mollie and Jackie...we love music, traveling, writing, art, reading, food, being healthy, and helping to find a cure for Diabetes. We're 22-year old twins who sing in a group with our Mom and Aunt, also named Mollie and Jackie, called MJ2. We're signed with Sweetsong Nashville and just finished recording our first album coming out soon!! I was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes on September 8, 1993, at the age of 4. With the help of my sister, mom, and aunt, we're the Founders of the designed by Diabetic Angels, which is a social network we've put together to help advocate, educate, and raise money for the cure for diabetes.
I smile ALOT!!! I just love making people happy, and I know that smiling really is contagious. :) I like looking at the bright side of life rather than dwell on the bad. I cherish life and love every minute of it! :)
