So on Thursday, May 29, 2008…. Our really really good friend Robert graduated from high school…and we were able to go and see him after the ceremony, and it was nice to meet his family and friends, and Jackie and I wanted to post on here to tell you… Congratulations!!!!! :)

Hi everyone! We are Mollie and Jackie, and we live in Nevada, we are also twin sisters. I, Mollie, am a Juvenile Diabetic, and Jackie, is not. I've been on the insulin pump for 8 years and recently started using the Continuous Glucose Monitor. We are both freshmen transfer students with enough credits to be Juniors, currently attending The Honors College at UNLV. We both love music, smiling, and seeing the best in every person and situation. Even though one of us has diabetes, we live life to the fullest and work as a team to resolve each of our problems. For the last 15 years, Jackie has been by my side helping me; she IS my guardian angel.
This blog talks about our lives and our experiences with and without diabetes and we talk about how Jackie helps me deal with my diabetes, physically, spiritually, emotionally. Hopefully, our honest approach to our experiences and the way we deal with situations will be helpful to other diabetics, their families, and peers.
