13 Years and 4 Days!
I’ve had diabetes for 13 years and 4 days! haha. Today was good and bad…..I changed my site this morning and ate breakfast and forgot to bolus…..so i went to drive and i tested before and i was 488!!!!! omg!! I bolused 8 units and then around an hour and a half later, my number was 167. I felt sooo icky and not right, you know? I didnt go to philosophy class…and just got to sit out in the Great Hall. It was awful, i downed like 3 water bottles. Then, my numbers were going down really quickly….so i had to test every 15 minutes…..i still don’t feel okay…what a day of off blood sugars. i hate bad diabetic days. :[ school….. :] P.S. Jackie tore the ligaments in her right ankle on the 13th by rolling her ankle in the parking lot…and she heard a crack….which is not good. haha. So we went to the doctor and they x-rayed it and now she has to be in the boot thing that allows her ankle to heal by not moving! Which means that she can’t drive. isnt this great? haha. I have to drive her everywhere!
